Do you ship internationally?

We do, but please contact us about that as shipping will be quoted per order info@kidsthatrock.com.au

Return Rules

  • We offer a “no questions asked” return, exchange and refund policy.
  • Returns of full-priced items must be made within 14 days of your order date
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be completely intact
  • The customer is responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged when received. Eligible returns within Australia will receive a full freight refund once the item is returned to us
  • We do not offer returns on any sale items unless they are faulty
  • Items purchased on Clearance or Wholesale are FINAL
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the return
  • Exchange postage is the responsibility of the customer
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 (Australian customers only)
  • We ship all over the world, please contact us info@kidsthatrock.com.au
  • Orders are dispatched from the Brisbane, QLD, Australia and will usually be shipped within 48 hours
  • Our shipping rates are based on item weights. The weight of any item is located on the products detail page
